What’s Trending monitors a workspace-defined WordBank and selected competitor profiles across supported public Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube sources. It preserves original source URLs and available engagement, ranks recurring topics, and produces content directions for human review.

## Core capabilities

- Run one complete first scan free without a payment card.
- Configure customer and market terms in a WordBank.
- Monitor supported public posts and selected competitor profiles.
- Retain original source URLs, timestamps, authors, matched terms, and available engagement.
- Read ranked trends for 7, 30, 90, 180, or 365 days.
- Filter stored evidence by timeframe, platform, or text.
- Trigger and persist a new scan on Pro, subject to the hourly interval.
- Generate source-backed content directions for human review.

## Important limits

Public-data coverage and available engagement fields vary by platform, account type, authorization, and source availability. Missing metrics mean unavailable, not zero. What’s Trending does not claim access to private posts or private metrics. A trend score is a planning aid and should be reviewed with its original evidence before it is presented as a market claim.
